Please note that our domestic postal service is being hit by some industrial action on certain days during August and September so there will be days when we can not get ship orders out. Same day dispatch

We aim to dispatch on the same day as purchased if orderd before 3pm on a weekeday - Monday to Friday.  Weekends and Bank Holidays we will send the next working weekday. If this does not work for your requirement please contact us as we will always do our best to help where we can. 

Standard delivery -

Royal Mail is used for postage normally unless DHL courier is selected.  Please note that once the weight goes over a limit typically 2KG you will find DHL the only option.

Signed and Tracked

In the UK we use Special Delivery before 1pm so that items to arrive next working day before 1pm from the date of postage. And overseas to Europe and Outside Europe we use the Royal Mail overseas tracking and signed service where available and if not we use international signed for.

Please note: Due to covid restrictions Royal Mail Special Delivery is being guaranteed to arrive by 4pm rather than 1pm.

DHL Express

We offer DHL Express for a fully tracked and very quick delivery to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Typically packagess arrive within a working day in the UK, 1-3 days in Europe and 3-5 days worldwide. Please note DHL will only pick up and deliver on week days.

Please note: Currently DHL will pick up any packages the day after booked if made after 9am in the morning - so can not offer same day shipping for this method for orders after 9am.
