These tags have the new NXP NTAG216 chip in them that has additional features available beyond the NTAG20x chip and improved reading distance and much higher data capacity - 854 characters. These are manufactured for business and used for commercial marketing so very strong and durable as well as having a strong adhesive applied. The NTAG216 chip provides the same level of compatibility NTAG20x chip.
