Same day dispatch

We aim to dispatch on the same day as purchased if orderd before 3pm on a weekeday - Monday to Friday.  If ordered during Weekends and Bank Holidays we will send the next available working weekday. If this does not work for your requirement please contact us as we will always do our best to help where we can. 

Standard delivery UK

Royal Mail 24 confirmed delivery is available for lighter packages - no signure with these but there will be a scan shown once delivered.  For lighter packages you will also have the option signed for 24 which will require a signiture on arrival.  Our recomended shipping method would be Royal Mail  24 signed and tracked is this is fully tracked to your door and signed for on arrival. 

Please note Royal Mail do not guarentee the delivery on these services so normally 1-2 days, but the reality is if staff shortages post can take a week at worse case. The benefit of 24 siged and tracked is they take priority and you will have full tracking and notifications. If you are under a deadlone we recomend Guranteed delivery methods below.

Guaranteed delivery

In the UK you can use Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm so that items to arrive next working day before 1pm from the date of postage if order by 3pm on weekeday.

We offer DHL / Fedex Express for a fully tracked and very quick delivery to the UK - packages always arrive next working day if ordered before 9am and within 2 days if ordered after 9am.

Outside UK shipments

For deliveries outside the UK to  Europe and Worldwide we use the Royal Mail overseas tracked service where available. If your country does not offer tracked we will use international signed for

We offer DHL / Fedex Express for a fully tracked and very quick delivery to the Europe and Worldwide. Typically packages arrive 1-3 days in Europe and 3-5 days worldwide. Please note DHL will only pick up and deliver on week days.

Outside UK shipments - Customs Duty and Taxes

For deliveries outside the UK to  Europe and Worldwide our shipping charges do not cover the recepients duty and taxes that might be due on arrivial
