These are made from FPC NFC tags that are very small at 5mmx5mm with the ICODE SLIX IC / Chip that provodes a great reading diatance for such a small tag. These also have 3M glue applied on the back for sticking to any surface including metal
These also have metal protection so can work on metal as well as all other surfaces.
FPC (flexible printed circuit) labels are a special type of NFC label designed for applications which require very small, stable tags. The printed circuit board allows for very finely placed copper antenna tracks providing maximum performance from small sizes. High temperature range and durability mean that this is a ideal tag for product integration.We are finally happy to sell a tag of this size as the reading distance is good for such a small NFC tag and they can be picked up by Android and iPhones when being read.
We make these with the ICODE Slix - NDEF Type 5 chip as you get a much stronger connection than the NTAG range with such a small antenna. Fully compitable with all mobiles - Android and IOS and powered NFC readers
